Where do SANTOÑO coffees come from?

Our coffees are 100% Colombian and come from unique origins, and best of all, they are roasted from the origin.

Is our SANTOÑO coffee a seasonal product?

Although in Colombia there are two peaks of coffee production, in SANTOÑO we offer coffee roasted from the origin of the best quality throughout the year.

From whom do we buy our coffee?

We buy it directly from our partners SANTOÑO, who are Colombian farmers families that make their best effort to obtain the highest quality coffee beans for you to enjoy in every sip you taste.

How do we guarantee that the farmers are paid fairly for their coffee?

We buy from our SANTOÑO partners without intermediaries, this is what we really call direct trade, we make sure that our farmers are paid a fair price for the specialty coffee they grow.

Why is roasting at origin important?

Roasting at origin is of great importance, since the knowledge of our farmers and roasters has been passed from generation to generation, which allows us to guarantee the best quality of our SANTOÑO coffee. 

How to prepare a good coffee at home?

What is the correct way to store my coffee?

We suggest you not to repack the coffee in another container since our packaging is designed to preserve the coffee without losing its flavor attributes, but it would help if after opening it and preparing a delicious SANTOÑO coffee, you remove all the air from it before pressing the hermetic seal so that its delicious flavor is preserved, and don’t forget to put it in a clean and dry place.

Where can I buy SANTOÑO coffee?

Only on our official website santonocoffee.com or on shopping platforms associated with social networks such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. 

Can I return my order?

Since the coffee is roasted from the origin by our master roasters, we cannot accept coffee returns.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping costs vary depending on the distance within continental North America, rates are set by the carrier. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time for each delivery will depend on the carrier and will vary depending on the distance. 

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping for purchases over $50 of our SANTOÑO coffee. 

Do you ship internationally?

We hope to ship to Canada, we recommend you to follow us on our social networks, where we will be informing you.

What are my subscription options?

We have three subscription options for you: 

  • Our Origin Subscription: Recurring subscription to the best 100% Colombian single origin coffee, roasted from the origin. 
  • Our Organic Subscription: Recurring subscription of the best 100% Colombian organic coffees of unique origins, roasted from origin.
  • Our Special Edition Subscription: Recurring subscription of the best 100% Colombian special edition coffees of unique origins, roasted from origin.

By subscribing to any of our options on a recurring basis you will obtain a 10% discount.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, just go to your user profile and cancel it. 

Can I skip or pause my next subscription orders?

Yes, just go to your user profile and manage your subscription. 

Can I choose the package size?

No. At the moment we only handle a single 12 oz. (340g) presentation.

Can I choose the type of grind?

Yes, although we recommend that you buy the product as a whole grain, so you can grind it according to the preparation method you want.

How do I update my billing and shipping information?

Just go to your user profile and update your billing and shipping information.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?

Yes, you can give a subscription as a gift through a SANTOÑO gift card.
